Copyright and DMCA Policy

How to report material on the Service that infringes your copyright, how to counter-notify, and our repeat-infringer policy.

This is a final draft prepared for review by qualified counsel before publication. Safe-harbour protection under 17 U.S.C. § 512 requires registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office — see Section 2.

1. Our position

Vantage Loop LLC respects intellectual property and responds to valid notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws.

The Service is a private creation tool: generated content is visible only to the account that created it and is not published by us. We nonetheless remove infringing material from our systems on valid notice.

2. Designated agent

Notices of claimed infringement must be sent to our designated agent:

Copyright Agent Vantage Loop LLC 30 N Gould St #51295, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA [email protected] [AGENT PHONE]

3. Filing a notice

To be effective, a notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act for them;
  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  • identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it;
  • your contact details — address, telephone number, and email;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.

Misrepresentation: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

4. What we do on receiving a notice

We act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material, notify the account holder, and provide them a copy of the notice.

If the same material is the subject of a non-consensual imagery complaint, we apply the faster timeline in our Content Removal and Non-Consensual Imagery Policy instead.

5. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the designated agent including:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the removed material and where it appeared;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  • your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, for any district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding your counter-notice, unless the complaining party notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order.

6. Repeat infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and we maintain records of notices received and action taken for this purpose.
